Chantal Coady has recently joined the editorial board of Confectionery Production, and has gained a strong reputation across the confectionery sector over the past few decades, with her present engagements including being co-chair of the Academy of Chocolate, as well has having formerly owned UK artisan business Rococo Chocolates.
